4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
5. Achieve assigned recovery targets while maintaining skilled communication.
6. Escalate unresolved cases as per company guidelines.
Eligibility:
1. Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills.
3. Basic computer knowledge.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
