Salary: ₹20000–₹40,000 per month + incentives

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week

Travel Connection is hiring a confident and motivated Travel Sales Consultant to sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.

Responsibilities:

- Handle 8–10 daily leads through calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Explain package inclusions, answer questions, and handle objections.
- Follow up consistently and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team after closing a sale.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements:





- Previous sales experience; holiday-package sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and handling multiple leads.
- Polite, dependable, career-focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within seven days are preferred.
