- Job Responsibilities:Acquire customers through open market sourcing for Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring quality sourcing and compliance.
- Eligibility:2–3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Experience in open market sourcing is mandatory.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Age: 21–35 years.
- CIBIL Score: 650 or above (Mandatory).
