WARIYAS is looking for an experienced HR Executive to support our growing team. We’re seeking someone who can manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement while helping us build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

* Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and performance reviews.

* Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.

* Resolve employee relations matters and foster a positive work culture.

* Partner with department heads to plan workforce requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
