Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, PC components, peripherals, and IT hardware solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, client relationship management, and business development within the IT hardware industry.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Generate current business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Promote and sell desktops, laptops, monitors, PC accessories, and other IT hardware products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare MIS reports,



and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and marketing events to generate leads.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of computers, monitors, PC components, peripherals, and IT hardware products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong business development and lead generation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware, computer, or electronics sales and marketing.
- Preferred CandidatesCandidates with experience in computer hardware, monitors, networking products, or IT solutions.
- Existing network of corporate clients and channel partners will be an added advantage.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
