- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Optimize manpower, improve productivity, and minimize production losses.
- Maintain production records, MIS reports, and process compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in watches, electronics, precision manufacturing, or consumer goods.
- Solid leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning.
- Qualification above Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering/Production/Operations Management preferred.
