- ? Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Drive team sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Conduct virtual and field coaching sessions to improve team performance.
- Support advisors in client acquisition, relationship management, and policy closures.
- Monitor daily productivity, pipeline, and business performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company processes.
- ✅ EligibilityGraduate (MBA preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales/BFSI/Life Insurance.
- Team handling or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
