About the RoleLaxmisuman Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, promoting agricultural equipment, generating orders, and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesTravel across Uttar Pradesh to meet dealers, distributors, retailers, and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell the company's agricultural equipment.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure customer orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates.
- Coordinate with the office team for order processing and customer support.
- Work Schedule15 Days: Field Visits across Uttar Pradesh
- 15 Days: Office-based work at Kanpur office (Reporting, Follow-ups,



Customer Coordination & Sales Planning)

- Eligibility Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 0–3 years in Field Sales (Agriculture, FMCG, Auto, Equipment, or related industries preferred)
- Freshers with positive communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
