Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software while ensuring accurate financial reporting for a manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.

* Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.

* Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Generate sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.

* Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and assist in statutory compliance.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.

* Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.

* Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

* Verify purchase bills, expense vouchers, and supporting documents.





* Maintain fixed asset records and inventory-related accounting entries.

* Coordinate with the operations, purchase, and dispatch teams for financial documentation.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Eligibility:

* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

* M.Com or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

* 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Required Skills:

* Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles.

* GST and TDS compliance.

* Bank reconciliation and ledger management.

* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

* Financial reporting and MIS preparation.

* Inventory accounting.

* Tally Prime, Busy, or other ERP software.

* MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.

* Attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Good communication and teamwork.

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing, Iron & Steel, Engineering, Fabrication, Construction Materials, or Industrial Products.
