Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand each candidate's career goals and current challenges.
- Recommend suitable Career Accelerator Services based on individual requirements.
- Explain the benefits of Resume Optimization, LinkedIn Optimization, Interview Preparation, Dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) Service, Job Search Assistance, and other career services.
- Convert inquiries into paid customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates for future career support.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Punjabi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Confident speaking with candidates over phone and video meetings.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.




- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, recruitment, education, HR, or customer service is preferred.
