In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our natural products, and assisting with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote Vedic Essentials’ products.
- Introduce and effectively communicate the benefits of our natural products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
