MYNTREAL is hiring Solar Technicians to join our growing Solar Energy division.

The Solar Technician will be responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rooftop solar power systems at residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of rooftop solar PV systems.
- Solar panel mounting and alignment.
- DC and AC wiring related to solar installations.
- Installation/support of inverters, ACDB, DCDB and associated electrical components.
- Cable routing, earthing and electrical connections.
- Assist with system testing and commissioning.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic solar/electrical issues.
- Conduct maintenance and service visits at customer sites.
- Follow electrical and site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and installation teams.
- Maintain installation quality and complete assigned work on schedule.
- Travel to customer/project locations as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: ITI / Diploma / Electrical or relevant technical qualification preferred.





Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in solar installation, electrical work, rooftop solar, inverter installation or electrical maintenance will be preferred.

Skills Preferred:

- Basic electrical knowledge
- Understanding of AC/DC wiring
- Ability to use electrical and installation tools
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems
- Willingness to work on rooftops and outdoor project sites
- Ability to travel for installations/service calls
- Good teamwork and problem-solving ability
