Position: Collection / Recovery Executive

Department: Collections & Recovery

Responsibilities:

Customers se due payments aur outstanding amounts ki recovery karna.

Payment reminders ke liye calls, messages aur emails karna.

Recovery targets ko time par achieve karna.

Customer payment records aur follow-up details maintain karna.

Payment-related queries aur issues ko resolve karna.

Delayed payment cases ki reporting karna.

Company policies aur compliance guidelines ka palan karna.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

Collection, recovery ya customer service ka experience preferred.

MS Office aur basic computer knowledge.

Target-oriented aur negotiation skills.
