About the RoleAshiyana Realtors is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid command of social media marketing and a proven track record of executing campaigns that drive high-quality real estate leads. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence, showcasing our properties, and accelerating our sales pipeline through strategic online marketing.

- Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and publish engaging content such as virtual property walkthroughs, project updates, and customer testimonials.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns (specifically Meta Ads and Google Ads) tailored for property launches and ongoing projects.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing:



Own the digital lead generation funnel to generate high-quality inquiries for residential and commercial real estate projects. Ensure seamless lead tracking, CRM integration, and smooth handover to the sales team.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Write compelling property descriptions, ad copy, and promotional materials. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce eye-catching marketing creatives.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance continuously to optimize for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and a lower Cost-Per-Lead (CPL). Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
- Brand Awareness: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints and monitor local competitor activities within the Pune real estate market.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Stream 12th Pass
- Experience: 1–4 years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate, property consulting, or construction industry.
