Job Description:-

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Picker & Packers to join our Blinkit Dark Store team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, and supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. No prior experience is required as complete training will be provided after joining.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
- Pack items safely and efficiently for dispatch.
- Assist with putaway of incoming inventory.
- Perform item audits and stock verification.
- Support loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure timely order fulfillment.





Eligibility:-

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.

Salary & Benefits:-

- Monthly Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000(depending on location)
- Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000
