Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 fixed per month / hourly rate

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage our financial compliance, taxation, and statutory reporting. This flexible role is ideal for a finance professional looking to oversee accounting systems, ensure tax compliance, and provide financial insights on a full-time and part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST filing, TDS return filing, and Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation.

* Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and finalize monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

* Statutory Audits: Coordinate annual statutory audits and ensure all operations align with ICAI accounting standards and MCA regulations.

* Bookkeeping Oversight: Supervise the junior accounts team to ensure error-free ledger reconciliation and data entry.

* Financial Advisory:



Provide strategic guidance on tax planning, cost optimization, and corporate financial health.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with an active ICAI membership number.

* Experience: 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate accounting, taxation, or financial consulting.

* Tech Stack: High proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP, along with advanced MS Excel skills - (Basic or Advanced).

* Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of Indian Tax Laws, GST reconciliation, corporate finance, and financial auditing.

* Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
