Job Summary

The Accountant & Procurement In-Charge will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations, vendor procurement, purchase planning, inventory coordination, and financial documentation for LPG installation projects. The role requires close coordination with project, stores, and management teams to ensure timely material availability and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP.

Prepare and record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.

Generate GST invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.

Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding receivables/payables.

Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.

Assist in budgeting, auditing, and financial planning.

Procurement of LPG installation materials such as seamless/GI pipes, fittings, valves, regulators, vaporizers, sensors, flow meters, PRVs, hoses, and related equipment.

Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders. Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, suppliers,



and contractors. Ensure timely delivery of materials for ongoing LPG projects.

Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending material status.

Verify material quality and documentation received from vendors.

Coordinate with stores for inward entries and inventory updates.

Maintain minimum stock levels of critical LPG components.

Inventory & Coordination

Monitor inventory consumption and stock availability.

Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for material requirements.

Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase history.

Support project costing and material budgeting activities.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS compliance.

Positive negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).

Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and project requirements simultaneously.

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of LPG installation materials and industrial procurement

processes is an added advantage.
