Job Summary

Silverkey Realty is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote residential and commercial properties across Bangalore. The role involves meeting clients, conducting site visits, generating leads, and closing property sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and offers.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with builders, property owners, and the sales team.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of sales experience are welcome.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and MS Office.
- Mandatory RequirementsOwn Two-Wheeler with a valid Driving Licence.
