The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or financial services. No English proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Explain insurance plans, policy benefits, and coverage options to clients.
- Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer requirements.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.
- Keep clients informed about recent products and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
