Our Café extends the Curiosity Lab experience. It is a safe, elegant and welcoming Café where travellers and local guests feel at home, enjoy fresh, light and flavourful cuisine, and discover a beautiful destination worth sharing. We are currently hiring for our Café: Barista

Your Role

Coffee is at the heart of our café experience. As our Barista, you will prepare consistently excellent beverages while creating genuine connections with our customers.

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and specialty beverages.
- Produce consistent coffee using professional brewing standards.
- Steam milk correctly and perform basic latte art.
- Recommend beverages and engage with customers about coffee.
- Ensure every drink is beautifully presented.
- Maintain espresso machines, grinders and coffee equipment.
- Monitor coffee quality, freshness and stock levels.
- Keep the coffee station impeccably clean and organised.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the café team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista.
- Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality.
- Experience operating professional espresso machines.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and basic latte art.
- Solid attention to detail and consistency.
- Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.
- Team player with excellent organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve coffee knowledge.

Salary : based on experience and skills.
