We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate documentation, offer roll-out,



and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure achievement of recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
- Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide a good hiring experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

- ExperienceFreshers are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
