Business Development Executive – Pest Control Services

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business opportunities for our pest control services. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term customer relationships across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional segments.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and retail sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their pest control requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.




- Conduct site surveys in coordination with the operations team when required.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and annual maintenance contract (AMC) offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.
