We're looking for an experienced **Hub Incharge** to lead last-mile hub operations for **Flipkart**.

? **Location:** Chanakyapuri, Ahmedabad

? **Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 (In-hand)

? **Experience:** Minimum 5 Years in **E-commerce Last Mile Operations**

⚡ **Immediate Joiners Preferred**

### Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage team attendance and ensure adequate manpower availability.

✅ Ensure timely shipment receiving, sorting, Out for Delivery (OFD), and hub closure.

✅ Monitor delivery SLA compliance and drive team productivity.

✅ Ensure accurate COD reconciliation and timely cash deposits.

✅ Handle high-value shipments and operational exceptions.

✅ Maintain hub safety, housekeeping,



and asset management.

✅ Share daily operational reports and escalate issues proactively.

✅ Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews.

### Preferred Background:

✔️ **Candidates with experience in E-commerce Last Mile Operations only.**
