We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to conceptualize and execute interior design projects that align with client visions and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
? Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and color schemes that align with design objectives.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to financial parameters.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring creative solutions to projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the design and implementation process.
? Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is a plus.
