GSA - F B Services Core Responsibilities Guest Welcome and Seating Greet all guests warmly upon arrival Manage dining reservations and strategically seat guests to optimize flow and service Order and POS Management Accurately take guest food and beverage orders and input them immediately into the Point of Sale POS system Menu Expertise Maintain expert knowledge of the menu daily specials ingredients and potential allergens to answer guest inquiries effectively Service Support Act as a liaison between the guest kitchen and service staff Assist with delivering items and clearing tables when needed Billing and Payments Prepare and present accurate guest checks Process cash credit card and room charge payments efficiently and securely Maintain Standards Ensure the host area menus and dining entrance are clean and well-organized at all times Minimum Requirements Experience 1 years in a high-volume service or hospitality role e g Host Server Cashier Skills Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash credit transactions Attributes Exceptional customer service skills professional demeanor and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced workplace Physical Ability to stand for long periods Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
