Position Title Male Staff Nurse Department Nursing Location Reporting To Nursing Superintendent Position Summary The Male Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering quality nursing care providing first aid and emergency support and assisting doctors in routine medical and occupational health activities The role requires attention to patient safety accurate record-keeping and effective coordination with other departments to ensure smooth healthcare operations Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Emergency Support Provide first aid treatment and immediate medical attention to patients Assist doctors during consultations procedures and minor treatments Monitor and record patients vital signs symptoms and medical history Administer medicines and injections as prescribed Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the medical unit and nursing station Health Monitoring Documentation Maintain accurate medical records treatment registers and medicine stock reports Prepare and submit daily or weekly health updates to the reporting authority Ensure adequate stock of medicines first aid materials and medical equipment Maintain and monitor expiry dates of drugs and consumables Coordination Communication Coordinate with HR Admin or other departments for medical health requirements Communicate effectively with patients doctors and support staff Handle patient queries and guide them with compassion and professionalism Maintain confidentiality of medical records and personal health information Compliance Safety Follow hospital policies and standard nursing procedures Adhere to infection control protocols and workplace safety norms Support in conducting health awareness and wellness programs Qualification Experience GNM B Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration mandatory Minimum 1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse hospital or industrial setup preferred Strong clinical knowledge emergency handling ability and patient-care skills Good communication and reporting skills Working Conditions Working Hours 8-hour shift Weekly Off Sunday Should be flexible for rotational or extended hours in case of emergencies Salary Perks 15 000 - 18 000 per month based on experience and performance Opportunity to gain exposure in industrial health management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
