The Admission Counsellor Admissions Marketing is responsible for counseling prospective students driving student enrollments and supporting marketing initiatives to generate and convert leads The role combines student counseling sales and marketing activities to meet enrollment and revenue targets Admissions Counseling Counsel prospective students and parents on courses eligibility fees and career outcomes Handle inquiries through calls emails social media walk-ins and online platforms Guide students through the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate records of leads applications and enrollments in CRM systems Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure conversion Marketing Lead Generation Support and execute marketing campaigns digital and offline to generate admissions leads Promote programs through social media email campaigns WhatsApp and tele-calling Participate in education fairs school visits seminars and promotional events Coordinate with the marketing team on branding content and outreach strategies Analyze lead sources and conversion data to improve marketing effectiveness Sales Target Management Achieve monthly and annual admission targets Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments using consultative selling techniques Build and maintain strong relationships with students parents and partner institutions Job Type Full time Pay 13 408 70 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Academic counseling 2 years Required Work Location In person
