Job Title Service Delivery Manager Location Hyderabad TS or as per business requirements Domain Finance and accounts Experience 6 Years Education Minimum Graduate Bachelor s degree Advanced certifications preferred Position Summary We are seeking a agile and experienced Process Excellence Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across business functions The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Six Sigma process automation and AI Gen AI technologies with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and measurable cost savings This role requires a techno-functional mindset and the ability to drive innovation through data-driven decision-making Key Responsibilities Lead and execute process improvement projects using Six Sigma Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA low-code no-code platforms and AI-based solutions Drive AI and Generative AI Gen AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency including use cases such as summarization transcript analysis and intelligent automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs track performance and ensure delivery of quantifiable savings Develop and maintain process documentation SOPs and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and standardization Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capabilities in process excellence Engage with business and technology stakeholders to align process transformation goals with strategic objectives Required Skills Qualifications Experience in process excellence operations transformation or related domains Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact projects with measurable cost or efficiency gains Hands-on experience with automation tools e g UiPath Automation Anywhere Power Automate Exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies including practical applications in business operations Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Attributes Experience in global process deployments and managing cross-functional teams Familiarity with AI governance model assurance and responsible AI practices Understanding of techno-functional workflows bridging business needs with technical solutions
