Position Title PLC Programmer Location Coimbatore Reports To Engineering Manager Role Summary The PLC Programmer will be responsible for developing testing and commissioning automation solutions for SRG Power Control Systems This role involves programming PLCs configuring HMIs SCADA troubleshooting control systems and ensuring successful commissioning of projects at client sites Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems Configure HMIs and SCADA systems for monitoring and control Ensure programs meet functional specifications and safety standards Conduct factory acceptance tests FAT and site acceptance tests SAT Perform system integration troubleshooting and fine-tuning during commissioning Ensure smooth handover of systems to clients with proper documentation Provide in office and remote support during installation and commissioning Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC HMI and communication networks Prepare technical documentation including wiring diagrams program backups and test reports Ensure compliance with IEC ISO and safety standards Work closely with design electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration Coordinate with clients and vendors during project execution Qualifications Bachelor s Diploma in Electrical Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering 0-3 years of experience in PLC programming Hands-on expertise with Siemens Allen Bradley Schneider or similar PLC platforms Knowledge of industrial communication protocols Modbus Profibus Ethernet IP Experience with HMI SCADA software WinCC Wonderware Ignition etc Skills Competencies Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Good communication and client-handling skills Willingness to travel for site commissioning Knowledge of electrical drawings and control panel wiring Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
