Billing Engineer - Job SpecificatioJOB OVERVIEW JOB TITLE Billing Engineer - Construction Division JOB NO ID JOB LEVEL Level 3 JOB LOCATION Mumbai Tardeo DIVISION DEPARTMENT Construction Billing Contracts PERCENTAGE EFFORTS OR MONTHLY HOURS Min 60 hours per week or as per site requirements PREPARED BY HR Department REPORTS TO Manager - Billing Contracts POSITION DETAILS JOB PURPOSE Follow all the SOP s and Processes set out by Billing and Contracts Department and ensure all bills are prepared with accuracy and time KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Duties Study of drawing tender specification for freeze the scope of work w r to BOQ Preparation of project scheduling and tracking in MSP Monthly planning and detailing into weekly daily Continuous monitoring of project periodically progress updates and reports Preparation of Micro planning uptoL3 L4 Level and look ahead schedule catchup plan Preparation and forecasting of Resources deployment plan Preparation of Productivity analysis of resources unit cost delay analysis Tracking of material delivery and submittal tracker Maintain and Implementation of ISO documentation as per IS 9000-2015 Preparation of monthly reconciliation report MRS for Bulk Materials and LRS Labor reconciliation statement Assist Project manager in all management function of project includes Cost time risk and health safety Identity critical path and critical activities also workout impact of project schedule Preparation of Daily Weekly and Monthly progress report Arrange weekly meetings Prepare Minutes of meeting and action plan Prepare plan Vs achieved report and MIS reports Maintaining daily records of project hindrances delay tracking of site activities Workout Material and Manpower requirements of construction activities Preparation of CTC Cost to completion EAC Estimate at completion PSE Pre-Start Estimate Preparing and review business requirement documents functional specification documents Cash flow preparing monitoring and inventory management based on monthly turnover projection mpact analysis and estimation of changes request Prepare Checking of Bar bending schedule of steel Preparation and certification of RA Bills as pr IS 1200 Subcontractor Billing Preparation of Monthly Profit-loss Statement and MRM PPR reports Preparation of additional claims and rate analysis for NT Items preparation of Work Start notes amendments etc Conducting field measurements for preparation of progress bills and variation if any to be submitted to the client for the payment Preparation and monitoring of Internal project budget Workout Actual Vs estimated project coefficient of BOQ items WORKING CONDITIONS Construction heights Concreting area SUPERVISION RECEIVED Reports to HOD Billing SUPERVISION EXERCISED DIRECT REPORTS List of Documents to follow QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 5 to 7 years with BE Civil PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 7 years with BE Civil with Mumbai university or equivalent MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS BE Civil from recognized university or Diploma in civil Engineering Post-Graduation or Project management will be an added advantage Age Criteria 27 to 33 years PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge of contract law construction contracts and legal terminology Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse complex contractual issues and develop practical solutions Proficiency in contract management software and tools Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment REQUIRED SKILLS Good written Spoken English Communication Leadership Skills Relevant skills in high-rise construction is must PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Average Physique with good health conditions Should be presentable and well groomed REVIEWED BY NAME TITLE DATE APPROVED DATE REVIEWED Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
