Key Responsibilities Estimation Costing Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications Prepare BOQs rate analysis and budget estimates Evaluate tenders subcontractor quotations and comparative statements Assist in project budgeting and cost planning Quantity Surveying Billing Prepare RA bills final bills and subcontractor bills Measure and certify work executed at site as per drawings and contract Maintain measurement books and billing documentation Track variations extra items and change orders Contracts Cost Control Monitor project costs and identify cost overruns or savings Coordinate with site engineers for progress and measurements Prepare cost reports cash flow statements and forecasts Ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications Coordination Documentation Liaise with clients consultants and subcontractors for billing and approvals Maintain records for audits and project close-out Support claims reconciliation and dispute resolution if required Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 2-7 years of experience in QS Estimation within the construction industry Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of estimation BOQ preparation and billing Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and estimation software Candy PlanSwift CostX etc Understanding of construction drawings specifications and contracts Analytical and numerical skills Good communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Experience Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure projects Knowledge of local SOR market rates and construction practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
