We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with an extensive background in the construction of luxury high-end residential apartments minimum configuration Basement Ground 10 floors in premium neighbourhoods The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid expertise in project coordination vendor management and technical proficiency with AutoCAD SketchUp and related civil engineering software Fluency in Kannada English and Hindi is mandatory for effective communication across diverse stakeholders including vendors consultants and architects Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the construction of luxury apartment projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with architects MEP consultants structural engineers and clients to ensure design and execution excellence Supervise daily site activities ensuring adherence to quality safety and regulatory standards Prepare and review construction drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp Liaise with suppliers contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Resolve site issues promptly and proactively with effective stakeholder communication Prepare project reports monitor budgets and track milestones Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Master s preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with at least 3 high-rise residential projects B G 10 floors or above Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and other civil engineering software Strong communication skills in Kannada English and Hindi spoken Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple consultants Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Location HSR Layout Banglalore Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 65 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have experience in luxury high-end residential apartments Basement Ground 10 floors How many residential high-rise projects you have done Basement Ground 10 floors or above Do you have experience in AutoCAD SketchUp and other civil engineering software Experience Luxury residential projects 3 years Preferred Location Bengaluru Karnataka Preferred Work Location In person
