Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding courses curriculum batches fees and career opportunities Handle walk-ins inquiries phone calls and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions Understand the student s academic background and suggest suitable courses Maintain records of inquiries follow-ups and admissions through CRM or Excel Participate in admission drives seminars school visits and promotional events Build robust rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and satisfaction Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling demo classes and doubt sessions Achieve monthly quarterly admission targets Provide post-admission support and ensure smooth onboarding of students Assist in addressing student concerns and ensuring timely resolutions Required Skills Qualifications Graduation in any discipline Education Marketing background preferred Solid communication interpersonal skills Hindi English Ability to understand student needs and counsel effectively Confident presentable and target-oriented Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM handling preferred Experience in an EdTech or coaching institute is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
