Key Responsibilities1 Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers Source suitable candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels Screen resumes conduct telephonic virtual interviews and shortlist candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams 2 Candidate Management Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Conduct HR interviews to assess skills culture fit and experience Manage salary discussions negotiation and offer rollout Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up with new joiners 3 Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring forecasts and manpower plans Provide regular updates on recruitment status candidate pipeline and hiring progress Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners 4 Process Compliance Maintain recruitment dashboards reports and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards Improve recruitment processes and suggest strategies to enhance hiring efficiency Stay updated with market trends salary benchmarks and talent availability 5 Employer Branding Participate in job fairs campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives Represent the organization professionally to attract top talent Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent sourcing and headhunting abilities Good understanding of various job roles and industry hiring trends Proficiency in using job portals ATS LinkedIn and social recruiting tools Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring Robust negotiation and decision-making skills Educational Experience Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 3-6 years of experience in recruitment corporate or agency Experience hiring for multiple domains Non-IT sales operations etc preferred Personal Attributes Target-driven and self-motivated Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Professional approachable and team-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time May require occasional travel for hiring events or meetings Salary Details-18000-25000 Per Month Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
