Title Tech Advisor - Static Shall be a specialist subject matter expert in any one of the static package item Responsible for developing technical requirements specification and services relating to mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels process columns heat exchangers storage tanks spheres boilers and static packaged units Duties include preparation of datasheets Specifications Material Requisition Evaluation of Technical Bid Vendor document review and engineering coordination with vendors and inter discipline Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers Perform Man-hour estimate Develop MPP Progress reporting Implement catchup plan Represent advocate and negotiate for Company with clients and contractors 15 years of progressive experience Shall work as a lead for medium large projects specifically in Static and Fired equipment division Shall have Working knowledge of current ASME TEMA API EN standards for static equipment Shall have familiarity with Wind and Seismic design per international codes Basic understanding of PFDs PIDs is a must FPSO Off Shore and Brown field Experience is a must Exposure to FEA NDE Testing Welding heat treatment Painting Insulation requirements are essential Shall have Robust leadership negotiation communication and people management skills Shall have working knowledge of IBR and NACE Work experience in other Mechanical vertical is a plus Qualification - Degree in Mechanical Engineering Shall be a Static Static Packages specialist
