Argus is where smart people belong and where they can grow We answer the challenge of illuminating markets and shaping new futures What we re looking for The UK EMEA Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the UK and selected EMEA regions This role involves working closely with internal teams and external payroll providers to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies What will you be doing Assist in processing monthly payroll for UK and EMEA employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness Validate payroll inputs including recent hires terminations salary changes bonuses and statutory deductions Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly Support statutory reporting and submissions e g HMRC RTI P60s P11Ds Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls Assist with year-end processes and audits Maintain the benefits for the UK Changes Updates etc Update employee banking and tax information as needed Ensure compliance with UK and EMEA payroll legislation and company policies Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration preferably in a multi-country or EMEA environment Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation knowledge of EMEA payroll practices is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel e g VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Experience with payroll systems e g ADP Workday Remote and third-party providers Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote regional team Attributes Self-motivated confident and results driven individual Highly organised to manage own workload and efficiently meet targets Courteous friendly and positive What s in it for you Our rapidly growing award-winning business offers a dynamic environment for talented entrepreneurial professionals to achieve results and grow their careers Argus recognizes and rewards successful performance and as an Investor in People we promote professional development and retain a high-performing team committed to building our success Competitive salary Hybrid Working Policy 3 days in Mumbai office 2 days WFH once fully inducted Group healthcare scheme 18 days annual leave 8 days of casual leave Extensive internal and external training Hours This is a full-time position operating under a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working remotely Office hours are Monday through Friday from 09 00 to 18 00 with a one-hour lunch break
