Reservation Executive Position Overview The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing all guest reservations efficiently while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction This role handles inquiries processes bookings maintains accurate records and coordinates with various departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from the time of booking to arrival Key Responsibilities Reservation Handling Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone email WhatsApp and OTA platforms Process reservations accurately in the PMS and ensure all details are recorded Maintain up-to-date inventory and room allocations Upsell room categories packages and add-on services to maximize revenue Ensure instant confirmation and consistent follow-up with guests Guest Communication Support Provide detailed information about room types rates packages and inclusions Assist guests with modifications cancellations and special requests Maintain professional and warm communication to enhance guest satisfaction Coordination Coordinate with Front Office Housekeeping Sales and Revenue teams for seamless operations Communicate daily arrival lists VIP arrivals special requests and group bookings Reporting Prepare daily weekly and monthly reservation reports Track reservation conversions cancellations and no-show patterns Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all bookings Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred 1-3 years of experience in hotel resort reservations or front office operations Excellent communication skills verbal written Robust customer service orientation Knowledge of PMS Channel Managers Staah RateGain etc and OTA extranets Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Key Competencies Attention to Detail Problem-Solving Sales Upselling Skills Time Management Professionalism Team Coordination Reporting To Reservation Manager Sales Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Room Reservations 2 years Required Sales 2 years Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
