We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of experience who is passionate about modern design trends branding and digital storytelling The ideal candidate should be skilled in both static and motion graphics understand digital-first design and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing social media websites email campaigns presentations and print materials Create visually engaging branding assets including logos banners brochures flyers and corporate collaterals Develop creatives for social media platforms LinkedIn Instagram Facebook etc aligned with current trends Work on UI visuals for websites and landing pages in coordination with developers and marketing teams Create basic motion graphics reels and short videos for digital platforms Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs Collaborate with marketing HR and product teams to understand design requirements Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Stay updated with latest design tools trends AI-based design solutions and best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field 2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro for motion graphics videos Experience with Figma Adobe XD for UI and digital design Familiarity with Canva Pro and template-based designs Understanding of AI design tools e g Adobe Firefly Midjourney DALLE is a plus Knowledge of typography color theory layouts and visual hierarchy Basic understanding of HTML CSS is an added advantage Excellent communication and time-management skills Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience in US-based clients or international projects Knowledge of video editing animations and GIF creation Experience working with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns Portfolio showcasing digital branding and motion design work Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Adaptable schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
