We are looking for a dependable Supervisor Facility Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily building operations This role ensures the facility is clean protected and functioning properly by supervising staff handling basic repairs and coordinating maintenance tasks Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide maintenance and housekeeping teams Plan daily work schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time Perform basic repairs such as fixing leaks replacing lights and minor electrical or plumbing tasks Check all facility areas regularly to identify issues early Respond quickly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants Maintain tools equipment and stock of maintenance supplies Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work Ensure all areas follow company safety rules and cleanliness standards Keep simple records of work completed inspections and materials used Support smooth operations during events inspections or emergencies Report major issues to the Facility Manager promptly Requirements Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role Experience supervising or guiding a small team is helpful Basic understanding of general repair work Good communication and leadership skills Ability to organize tasks and manage time well Able to handle physical tasks when needed Willing to work flexible hours or respond to urgent issues Job Types Full-time Internship Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
