We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our team The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering students with essential digital skills and preparing them for success in future job roles The candidate should have a strong foundation in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel and experience working on skill development projects like Kaushal Yuva Program KYP and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana DDUGKY Key Responsibilities Conduct Training Sessions Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on IT fundamentals including Excel and MS Office that meet the learning needs of students from diverse backgrounds Curriculum Development Design training materials guides and assessments tailored to students preparing for workforce roles ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date Project Experience Integration Leverage past experience in projects such as KYP and DDUGKY to create practical real-world examples that enhance student learning and make them job-ready Student Development Assess student performance provide constructive feedback and support students in their development encouraging self-confidence and proficiency in IT skills Future Job Preparation Equip students with practical skills and industry insights to prepare them for job roles focusing on employability and career-readiness Requirements Proven expertise in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and related applications Experience in executing skill development programs like KYP and DDUGKY Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to teach complex concepts in an understandable manner A passion for student development and a track record of successful training outcomes Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Certification in relevant IT skills or training Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
