Role Senior Lab Technician Mid Level Lab Technician Location Bengaluru Department Haematology Job Summary The Senior Lab Technician Mid Level will perform laboratory tests maintain equipment ensure quality standards and guide junior staff The role supports accurate results and smooth lab operations Key Responsibilities Perform routine and advanced lab tests accurately Prepare analyze and record samples as per guidelines Maintain and calibrate lab equipment Follow all safety quality and regulatory rules Manage lab supplies and request replacements Keep clear and updated test records Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s in Lab Technology Biology Chemistry or related field 3-10 years of lab experience senior supervisory experience is a plus Experience in NABL NABH certified lab is preferred Positive knowledge of lab safety and quality control Able to train and support junior staff Good communication and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 37 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
