We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Head Civil GM- Level Engineer to join our energetic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning design and execution while ensuring quality safety and timely delivery with all external services of our project You will play a key leadership role in guiding Engineers MEP Engineers coordinating with architects contractors and clients and ensuring that projects meet both technical and commercial objectives Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction projects from concept to completion Prepare and review structural designs drawings and BOQs Monitor project progress budgets and timelines Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations Coordinate with contractors vendors consultants and clients Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance Manage a team of junior engineers and provide mentorship Required Skills Qualifications B Tech M Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum 20 years of experience in residential commercial or infrastructure high-rise projects Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Mivan Shuttering MS Project STAAD Pro preferred Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Proven track record of handling multiple projects independently Job Type Full-time Pay From 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
