Job Summary We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with robust experience in designing developing and optimizing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform This role requires expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse along with strong skills in integration automation and governance The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders IT teams and developers to build scalable and efficient solutions The Role Power Platform Development Implementation Develop and customize Power Apps Canvas Model-Driven applications for business needs Design and automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for data-driven insights Configure and manage Dataverse for optimized data storage and usage Work with connectors AI Builder and RPA to extend automation capabilities Solution Architecture Integration Define and implement scalable secure and high-performance solutions Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Azure Dynamics 365 and third-party services Optimize data models and automate complex business processes Stakeholder Engagement Business Collaboration Work closely with business users to gather requirements and design solutions Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business objectives Provide guidance on Power Platform adoption best practices and governance Performance Optimization Security Implement security best practices role-based access control and data policies Monitor performance troubleshoot issues and optimize applications for better efficiency Ensure compliance with Microsoft Power Platform governance guidelines Technical Leadership Knowledge Sharing Act as a Power Platform expert providing mentorship to junior developers Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform advancements and best practice Contribute to automation strategies and process improvements The Requirements Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field is required 6 years of experience in software development and Microsoft Power Platform Advanced proficiency in Power Apps Canvas Model-Driven Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure SharePoint and Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of security compliance and governance for Power Platform solutions Familiarity with CI CD DevOps practices and ALM strategies Excellent problem-solving analytical and stakeholder management skills Power Platform certifications PL-100 PL-200 PL-400 PL-600 preferred
