We are looking for an experienced Accounting Taxation qualified to lead the accounting function and manage a team The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting operations ensuring statutory and tax compliance and guiding the team to maintain accurate financial records and timely reporting Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger AP AR and reconciliations Review and finalize monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure accurate and timely closing of books Monitor budgets expenses and cash flow Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls Taxation Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation laws Review and ensure timely filing of GST returns TDS TCS returns and income tax returns Handle tax assessments notices and correspondence with tax authorities Coordinate with tax consultants and advisors for compliance and planning Team Management Lead mentor and supervise the accounting taxation team Allocate work set targets and monitor team performance Review team outputs for accuracy and compliance Provide training and guidance to enhance team skills and efficiency Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance CA CMA MBA Finance preferred Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws Experience with accounting software Tally SAP Oracle etc Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Experience 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation Minimum 2-3 years of team-handling experience Working Monday to Saturday from 9 30 am to 6 30 pm 2nd 4th Saturday Off Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
