This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai India for a Clinical Recruiter The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including developing job descriptions sourcing candidates conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring teams The role requires solid communication and organizational skills to ensure the timely hiring of top talent and the best possible candidate experience Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes Experience with Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques Strong verbal and written Communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively and facilitate Hiring processes Experience with 1099 W2 and contract hirings Relevant prior experience in clinical trial or healthcare recruitment is a plus Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Job Types Full-time Internship Contractual Temporary Contract length 11 months Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work from home Work Location In person
