Job Title Assistant Project Manager Location Pune Department Operations Project Execution Company D LIFE Home Interiors Job Summary The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in end-to-end coordination of modular interior projects This role requires strong site management skills client communication and the ability to ensure timely and quality project execution as per company standards Key Responsibilities 1 Project Coordination Planning Assist the Project Manager in planning scheduling and organizing project activities Review work orders BOQ drawings and project specifications Coordinate with the design factory logistics and installation teams for smooth execution 2 Site Execution Monitoring Carry out site measurements and verify accuracy before production Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines Supervise carpenters electricians plumbers and other vendors as required Ensure installation quality as per D LIFE standards 3 Client Handling Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress Address client queries and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle 4 Material Resource Management Coordinate material delivery and ensure all components arrive on time Check material quality and report discrepancies immediately Manage team members and ensure proper utilization at the site 5 Reporting Documentation Prepare daily weekly site progress reports Maintain records of measurements approvals and site photographs Assist with billing measurements and project closure documentation Required Skills Qualification Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field 1-6 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision Solid knowledge of modular furniture materials and installation processes Good communication and client-handling skills Ability to read drawings 2D 3D and use measurement tools Proficiency in MS Excel MS Office and project reporting Ability to handle multiple projects and work under timelines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
