We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with strong exposure to gear manufacturing processes The candidate should ensure product quality compliance with customer requirements and continual improvement in quality systems Key Responsibilities In-process and final inspection of gears spur helical bevel etc Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective preventive actions Root cause analysis using 7 QC tools Preparation and review of PPAP APQP FMEA Control Plans Calibration and handling of measuring instruments Gear tester CMM Vernier Micrometer Profile Lead tester Coordinate with production and engineering teams for quality improvement Conduct internal audits and support external customer audits Maintain quality documentation and records as per standards Required Skills Knowledge Strong knowledge of gear manufacturing inspection Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 Good understanding of GD T Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Exposure to automotive customer standards preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma BE with relevant hands-on experience Stable experience in gear or precision component manufacturing Good communication and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
