About the Company Capkon Landmark Developers is a real estate development company specializing in the construction of apartment and residential projects We focus on quality construction efficient planning and timely project delivery Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and construction documents for apartment and residential projects The Draughtsman will support architects and project teams by translating design concepts into precise technical drawings for execution on site Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans sections elevations and details Develop working drawings and construction drawings for apartment projects Modify and update drawings as per design changes and site requirements Coordinate with architects engineers and site teams Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project standards Prepare as-built drawings after project completion Maintain organized drawing records and revisions Support approval and construction documentation processes Qualifications Experience 1-2 years of experience in apartment or residential building projects Strong knowledge of building construction and detailing Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory Revit knowledge is an advantage Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Skills Competencies High attention to detail and accuracy Good coordination and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple revisions Understanding of site execution and construction practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Versatile schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
