We are a growing plumbing proprietorship company looking for a detail-oriented Billing Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day billing accounts quotations and workforce payment records The ideal candidate should be organized reliable and comfortable handling both financial and administrative tasks Male candidates are preferred due to coordination requirements with field staffs Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue customer quotations based on service requirements Generate invoices and ensure timely billing for completed jobs Maintain accounts records including receipts payments and outstanding balances Handle attendance entry for plumbers and support staff Manage weekly payout calculations for workers based on attendance and work completed Track petty cash expenses and daily financial transactions Coordinate with field staff to collect job completion details Maintain proper documentation and filing physical and digital Support the proprietor with basic financial reports as required Required Skills Qualifications Experience in billing accounts or administrative roles Basic knowledge of accounts invoicing and bookkeeping Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations Ability to prepare quotations and invoices accurately Valuable attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently in a small business setup Preferred Candidate Profile Previous experience in service-based companies plumbing electrical construction etc Familiarity with attendance tracking and wage calculation Honest dependable and well-organized Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
