Job Title Customer Service Engineer - Grade 8 Experience 2 Years Location Bangalore Kolkata Job Type Full time Job Overview We are hiring a Customer Service Engineer - Grade 8 to support installation configuration troubleshooting and maintenance of telecom endpoints including headsets and IP phones The role involves hands-on technical support at customer locations and requires strong fundamentals in networking operating systems and electronics Key Responsibilities Install and troubleshoot headsets and related accessories Install configure and troubleshoot IP phones Support customers with endpoint exclusion issues Configure IP phones with servers such as Asterisk Genesys 3CX Cisco Avaya etc Perform headset setting adjustments on Windows Linux Unix and macOS Configure and tune headsets on softphones and video conferencing platforms Teams Zoom etc Repair headsets and adapters as required Conduct preventive maintenance visits at customer sites Qualifications Skills Diploma or ITI with minimum 2 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of Windows mandatory Excel Linux and macOS are good to have Basic networking knowledge IP addressing protocols etc Understanding of electronic components and PCBs Hands-on soldering knowledge Willingness to travel to customer sites for support and maintenance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 280 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
